Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations based on individual customer needs.
- Proactively engage with customers to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Demonstrate product application techniques for skincare, cosmetics, and beauty tools.
- Maintain impeccable counter displays and ensure stock levels are replenished according to brand standards.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, beauty trends, and promotional campaigns.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional and positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock taking and reporting damages or expirations.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; a background in beauty or cosmetology is an advantage.
- At least 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong passion for skincare and makeup with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills in Malay and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Willingness to work on a shift rotation, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proven ability to meet sales KPIs and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Professional grooming standards and a friendly, confident personality.
- Residing in or willing to commute to Kampar, Perak.
