- Provide exceptional customer service and product demonstrations
- Assist customers with product selection based on individual needs
- Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards
- Participate in inventory management and stock replenishment
- Support promotional campaigns and store events
- Contribute to achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Follow company procedures and ethical business practices
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Kualifikasi
- Passion for beauty products and skincare
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of cosmetics and skincare ingredients
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
