Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver personalized beauty consultations and product demonstrations
- Execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Manage inventory and ensure store presentation standards
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Participate in visual merchandising and promotional campaigns
- Train on new product launches and brand values
- Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma with retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Basic knowledge of skincare and cosmetic products
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer applications
- Commitment to ethical beauty practices and sustainability
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in customer-facing roles
