Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular sales visits to retail outlets to promote and sell beauty care products
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities
- Responsible for sales invoicing and collection from assigned retail outlets
- Create and submit regular sales reports to track performance and identify trends
- Monitor product display and availability at retail locations to ensure optimal visibility
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in the beauty care or retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build client relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to sales
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts effectively
- Basic knowledge of beauty products and market trends is advantageous
- Proficiency in reporting and basic data analysis
