Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct personalized beauty consultations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide expert advice on skincare routines, makeup application, and product usage.
- Demonstrate and showcase new arrivals and best-selling products to drive interest and sales.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to enhance the shopping experience.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty.
- Process transactions accurately at the point of sale and handle customer inquiries efficiently.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry.
- Strong passion for skincare, makeup, and the latest beauty trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional appearance and grooming standards that align with the brand image.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer skills for POS systems.
