Tanggung Jawab
- Provide personalized skincare and makeup consultations to clients, ensuring an exceptional luxury experience.
- Achieve and exceed individual and counter sales targets on a daily and monthly basis.
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising and counter cleanliness in accordance with Dior Beauty guidelines.
- Conduct product demonstrations and apply makeup on customers to showcase product benefits.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through excellent follow-up and clienteling.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand knowledge.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and daily opening/closing procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Well-groomed, professional appearance with a strong passion for beauty and fashion.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shift rotations.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in beauty therapy or makeup artistry is a plus.
