- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring a luxurious and personalized shopping experience.
- Demonstrate and promote beauty products, including skincare, cosmetics, and fragrances, to maximize sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the beauty station and product displays according to brand standards.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and accurate record-keeping.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and application techniques to offer expert advice.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Beauty Consultant or in retail sales (2-3 years preferred).
- Strong passion for the beauty industry and current knowledge of trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
