Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and approachable manner, delivering an exceptional luxury shopping experience.
- Provide expert advice on beauty products, including skincare, makeup, and fragrances, tailored to individual customer needs.
- Demonstrate product usage and techniques to drive confidence and sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain impeccable visual merchandising standards and ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
- Process customer transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand promotions.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through excellent follow-up and relationship management.
Kualifikasi
- At least 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or luxury fashion industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric attitude.
- Strong sales acumen and a passion for achieving results.
- Willing to work a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous experience working in a high-end or department store setting is an advantage.
- Must be at least a college level or a graduate of any four-year course.
- Knowledgeable in basic computer applications and POS systems is a plus.
- Must reside in or be willing to commute to Quezon City.
