Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers in identifying their skin types and recommending suitable products.
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the brand’s product line, benefits, and application techniques.
- Support the team in daily retail operations, including visual merchandising and stock replenishment.
- Conduct mini-consultations and product demonstrations under the guidance of senior consultants.
- Help manage customer inquiries via social media and in-person interactions.
- Collect and organize customer feedback to help improve service delivery.
- Collaborate on promotional events and marketing activations within the Greenhills location.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetology, or a related field.
- A genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and current industry trends.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented retail environment.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site in Greenhills, San Juan.
