Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and produce high-quality beauty content (video and photo) for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, beauty hacks, and influencer marketing strategies.
- Plan and execute creative product photoshoots and video campaigns from concept to post-production.
- Write compelling, on-brand captions and scripts that drive user engagement and community interaction.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall brand objectives and promotional launches.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future creative strategies.
- Manage basic video editing, color grading, and graphic design for digital assets.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Social Media Specialist, or similar role within the beauty industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in filming, editing, and storytelling (please include link in application).
- Proficiency in creative tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar mobile/desktop editing software.
- Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms and audience behavior.
- Exceptional creativity with a keen eye for lighting, aesthetics, and video composition.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
