- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and engaging guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Act as a brand ambassador by sharing expert knowledge of L'Occitane’s products, natural ingredients, and heritage.
- Conduct personalized skin consultations to recommend tailored beauty and skincare regimens.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, ensuring the boutique is clean, stocked, and inviting.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive customer engagement and upselling.
- Process transactions accurately and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, beauty, or customer service roles.
- A deep passion for beauty, skincare, and wellness trends.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Professional grooming standards consistent with a premium beauty brand.
- Basic computer literacy for POS (Point of Sale) system operations.
