As a Beauty Host, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and luxurious shopping experience. You will engage with customers, demonstrate our iconic products, and help them find the perfect solutions for their skincare needs. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide professional product demonstrations and skincare consultations to enhance the customer experience.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to drive sales and foster brand loyalty.
- Assist in maintaining the visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness to reflect the L'Occitane brand image.
- Handle customer inquiries, process sales transactions accurately, and manage point-of-sale operations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations and achieve sales targets.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest beauty trends, product knowledge, and brand promotions to share with customers.
- Support inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization.
Kualifikasi
- Possess a genuine passion for beauty, skincare, and personal care products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
