Tanggung Jawab
- Drive store sales performance to consistently meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Oversee daily mall operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and brand standards.
- Mentor, coach, and lead retail staff to provide exceptional customer service experiences.
- Maintain high-level visual merchandising standards in accordance with global brand guidelines.
- Manage inventory accuracy through regular stock counts, replenishment, and loss prevention measures.
- Analyze sales reports and operational data to implement strategies for store growth.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment for both customers and staff.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in POS systems, inventory management software, and basic office productivity tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on sales performance and operational efficiency.
- Ability to work flexible mall hours, including weekends and holidays.
