Tanggung Jawab
- Beauty product demonstrations and usage tutorials in-store
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through personalized consultations
- Drive sales by effectively communicating product benefits and features
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock availability to store management
- Execute promotional campaigns and seasonal product launches
- Collect customer feedback and market insights for product improvement
- Maintain attractive product displays and merchandising standards
- Collaborate with retail team to achieve sales targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; beauty school certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or beauty promotions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong knowledge of beauty products and industry trends
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and friendly, approachable demeanor
- Basic computer literacy for reporting and inventory tasks
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English
