- Provide professional skincare consultations and personalized makeup recommendations to customers.
- Drive sales performance by promoting product benefits and achieving daily/monthly sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a premium in-store experience.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising and product display hygiene.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment on the retail floor.
- Build long-term customer relationships through CRM programs and follow-ups.
- Stay updated with the latest beauty trends, ingredients, and application techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Passionate about the beauty, skincare, and cosmetics industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
- Willingness to work a 5-day retail shift schedule (including weekends and public holidays).
- No experience required; however, retail experience is an added advantage.
- High level of initiative and a results-oriented mindset.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
