Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by warmly greeting, listening, and advising customers on beauty and skincare routines.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits, perform makeup applications, and offer skincare consultations to drive sales.
- Stay updated on current beauty trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
- Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets through effective upselling, cross-selling, and customer relationship building.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor and product displays according to brand guidelines.
- Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, process payments, and handle customer inquiries or feedback professionally.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and monitoring product expiration dates.
- Participate actively in team meetings, training sessions, and promotional events to contribute to a positive team culture.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / 'O' Level or equivalent. Certification in Beauty, Cosmetics, or Retail Management is a plus.
- A minimum of 1 year of working experience in retail or customer service is preferred. Fresh graduates with a strong passion for beauty are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent command of Bahasa Malaysia and English (spoken and written). Mandarin speaking ability is an added advantage.
- Strong passion for the beauty industry with a genuine desire to help customers look and feel their best.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
