- Provide exceptional customer service and personalized product recommendations.
- Assist customers with product selection, skincare analysis, and application techniques.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the store through effective merchandising and displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand knowledge.
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPMV qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail sales or the beauty industry is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for skincare, makeup, and helping others look their best.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy for POS systems.
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a willingness to learn.
