Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with shoppers to understand their beauty needs and preferences
- Conduct professional product consultations and demonstrate cosmetics and skincare items effectively
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings
- Maintain pristine store presentation, including product displays, shelves, and promotional areas
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, product launches, and brand information
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers to encourage brand loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to support store events, promotions, and visual merchandising initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of retail or beauty industry experience is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
- Passion for cosmetics, skincare, and beauty trends
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and team collaboration abilities
- GCE 'N' Level or equivalent; higher education qualifications are a plus
- Comfortable standing for extended periods in a busy retail environment
- Prior experience with beauty brands or cosmetic sales is advantageous
