Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques
- Maintain comprehensive product knowledge across Beauche International's beauty portfolio
- Execute visual merchandising standards to create an appealing in-store experience
- Process customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling integrity
- Participate in inventory management and stock rotation to ensure product availability
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store-wide sales objectives and operational goals
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in retail sales or customer service (fresh graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse clientele
- Basic mathematical aptitude for handling cash transactions and sales calculations
- Proficiency in operating point-of-sale systems and basic digital tools
- Willingness to undergo comprehensive product training and development programs
- Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Resident of Arayat or nearby Pampanga area preferred
