Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
  • Drive sales performance through team coaching, promotional execution, and customer relationship building
  • Implement and maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints
  • Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
  • Monitor sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and retail operational protocols
  • Collaborate with marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns
  • Manage vendor relationships and stock replenishment processes

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in beauty/wellness sector
  • Proven track record in sales leadership and team development
  • Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and customer service best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
  • Basic proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business Management or Retail Operations
