Tanggung Jawab
- Lead daily branch operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising
- Drive sales performance through team coaching, promotional execution, and customer relationship building
- Implement and maintain high standards of customer service across all touchpoints
- Train and develop staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and brand standards
- Monitor sales targets, analyze performance metrics, and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and retail operational protocols
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns
- Manage vendor relationships and stock replenishment processes
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years retail management experience, preferably in beauty/wellness sector
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team development
- Strong knowledge of beauty products, trends, and customer service best practices
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in retail management software and POS systems
- Relevant diploma or degree in Business Management or Retail Operations
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
