Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and actively supervise all children's playground activities, ensuring a safe and engaging play environment at all times.
- Enforce playground rules and safety regulations to prevent accidents and ensure the well-being of all patrons.
- Provide exceptional customer service to children and parents, addressing inquiries, resolving minor conflicts, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Conduct regular checks of playground equipment for cleanliness, functionality, and safety, reporting any issues promptly.
- Assist with the organization and facilitation of interactive games, events, and birthday parties within the playground area.
- Manage visitor entry, exit, and general flow within the playground, including handling payments and inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene across the playground facilities.
- Act as the primary point of contact during operational hours, handling immediate concerns and escalating complex issues to management when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/High School Certificate or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with children in a recreational, educational, or supervisory capacity is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children and adults.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in First Aid and CPR is an advantage (or willingness to obtain).
- A genuine passion for children's development and creating positive play experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts as required.
