Tanggung Jawab

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a professional, welcoming first impression.
  • Efficiently handle and transport guest luggage to and from their rooms with care and precision.
  • Escort guests to their accommodations while providing a brief orientation of room features and hotel amenities.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, transportation arrangements, and local information requests.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and orderly appearance of the lobby and entrance areas.
  • Execute room deliveries (packages, messages, or additional amenities) in a timely manner.
  • Monitor hotel security by observing guests and visitors, reporting any suspicious activities to management.
  • Support the Front Office team with administrative tasks and guest service requests as needed.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a hotel, resort, or customer-facing role is highly preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Physical stamina to handle luggage and remain active throughout the shift.
  • Polished, professional appearance and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evening hours.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions in Bali.
