Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome guests upon arrival and provide professional assistance with luggage handling.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide a brief orientation of room features and hotel facilities.
- Deliver messages, packages, and other items to guest rooms promptly and accurately.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding local attractions, transportation, and hotel services with high professional standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and luggage storage areas.
- Assist the front office team with administrative tasks and guest requests as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all hotel safety and security protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Previous experience in hospitality, concierge, or customer service is highly preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming personality.
- Physically fit with the ability to lift and move luggage regularly.
- Proficiency in basic English is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Highly organized, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Demonstrated commitment to delivering high-quality customer service.
