Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, HMO claims, and leave policies.
  • Plan and execute engaging wellness activities, workshops, and campaigns to promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and insurance providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Analyze employee feedback and participation data to improve program effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate records in the HR Information System (HRIS) regarding benefits enrollment and changes.
  • Support the HR team in organizing company-wide health initiatives and recognition events.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in benefits administration or employee wellness coordination.
  • Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and HR compliance standards.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to empathize with employee needs.
  • Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software applications.
  • Proactive mindset with a genuine passion for improving employee well-being.
