Tanggung Jawab
- Execute daily sales routes to ensure optimal product coverage within the assigned territory.
- Actively solicit new retail outlets and identify opportunities for brand expansion.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales volume and distribution targets.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with store owners, managers, and purchasing staff.
- Monitor competitor activity and provide market feedback to the management team.
- Ensure proper merchandising and stock rotation to maximize brand visibility and product freshness.
- Process sales orders accurately and ensure timely documentation of transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints or service issues promptly to maintain brand reputation.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, retail, or field operations is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field-based role.
- Possess a valid driver's license (if applicable) and a clean driving record.
- Resilient, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a performance-driven environment.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling orders and inventory reconciliations.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis and adapt to changing market needs.
