Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end bid and proposal process, ensuring all deadlines and quality standards are strictly met.
- Analyze tender requirements and coordinate input from architectural, engineering, and design departments.
- Draft, edit, and format high-quality proposal documents, ensuring consistency in branding and technical accuracy.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of project descriptions, case studies, and corporate credentials.
- Facilitate pre-bid meetings, clarification sessions, and post-submission reviews.
- Monitor tender portals and identify new business opportunities that align with the company’s strategic goals.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop win themes and pricing strategies for major project bids.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in bid management or proposal writing, preferably within an architectural or construction consultancy environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on persuasive storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign) and Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple competing priorities under tight deadlines.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Familiarity with government and private sector tender processes in Singapore is highly advantageous.
