- Prepare and arrange bid documents, ensuring all required filings are accurate and submitted on time.
- Monitor the progress of active bids and provide regular status updates to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documentation for proposals.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system for both physical and electronic bid records.
- Track deadlines and follow up on pending requirements to ensure compliance with bid terms.
- Assist in the review of bid documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Support the bidding team in research and data gathering for new opportunities.

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or bidding support role.
- Familiarity with bid processes and documentation requirements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in filing and data entry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems.
