- Prepare and compile comprehensive bid documents and proposals in accordance with government requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary technical specifications and pricing information
- Ensure all submissions meet compliance standards and adhere to procurement guidelines
- Maintain organized bid databases and track submission deadlines and status updates
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders regarding bid progress and documentation requirements
- Review bids for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications
- Support the Government Representative in pre-bid meetings and post-submission follow-ups
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in bid preparation or coordination role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
