Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed regional revenue targets.
- Oversee daily retail operations across multiple branches to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to company standards.
- Mentor, coach, and lead branch managers and sales personnel to improve individual and team performance.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend strategies for growth and branch expansion.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining premium service standards and product knowledge.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to optimize product availability.
- Prepare regular performance reports and business reviews for senior leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, specifically within the automotive or premium consumer products industry.
- Deep passion for and knowledge of high-displacement motorcycles (Big Bikes).
- Proven ability to manage multiple retail locations and lead diverse teams.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and retail POS/ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel between branches within Metro Manila as required.
