- Drive consistent sales growth and profitability across all assigned big bike retail branches.
- Lead, mentor, and coach branch managers and sales teams to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
- Ensure operational excellence, including inventory management, showroom aesthetics, and compliance with company safety standards.
- Develop and implement regional marketing and expansion strategies to increase brand visibility.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to provide actionable insights for continuous business improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and local motorcycle communities.
- Manage operational budgets and report performance metrics directly to regional leadership.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably within the automotive or premium motorcycle industry.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
