Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily operations and sales performance across all assigned branches to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for motorcycles and parts.
- Mentor and train branch staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize local sales strategies and inventory placement.
- Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners within the region.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a management role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate a sales team.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between branches as required.
