Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily operations and sales performance across all assigned branches to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets for motorcycles and parts.
  • Mentor and train branch staff to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize local sales strategies and inventory placement.
  • Manage inventory levels effectively to ensure product availability while minimizing stockouts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners within the region.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably within the automotive or motorcycle industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a management role.
  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution capabilities.
