Tanggung Jawab
- Manage financial records, transactions, and reporting systems
- Prepare monthly financial statements and budget variance analyses
- Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Conduct regular reconciliations and internal audits
- Provide Mandarin-language financial support to international partners
- Assist in strategic financial planning and forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to optimize financial processes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written/spoken)
- Advanced knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and tax regulations
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in building materials/manufacturing industry preferred
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
