Intelegencia, a global leader in business process outsourcing and operational support, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Spanish & English) to join our dedicated team in Antipolo City, Rizal. Role Overview:
As a vital member of our operations team, you will be the cornerstone of our support initiatives specifically tailored for logistics, tooling coordination, and key stakeholder management. Your daily tasks will involve facilitating clear and efficient communication between our clients and internal teams. You will manage complex inquiries, oversee the lifecycle of tooling and logistics requests, and ensure that every interaction meets our rigorous standards for quality and professionalism. This role demands a proactive individual who can navigate fast-paced environments with ease and precision.

Work Environment & Schedule:
This position is strictly onsite at our modern facility in Antipolo City. The graveyard shift schedule is perfect for night owls and allows you to directly collaborate with our teams and clients across different time zones, particularly in the US and Latin America.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-quality bilingual support (Spanish & English) to customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and chat.
- Coordinate logistics operations, including shipment tracking, inventory management, and order processing.
- Manage tooling coordination and ensure accurate documentation for equipment and materials.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal departments and external partners to resolve operational issues.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, orders, and logistics data in the company CRM system.
- Assist in translating technical documents and communications between Spanish and English.
- Identify process improvements and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
- Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Must be fluent in both Spanish and English (verbal and written).
- Previous experience in customer service or a call center environment is required.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or tooling coordination is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to work onsite in Antipolo City, Rizal, and adhere to a graveyard shift schedule.
- Proficient in computer applications, CRM software, and data entry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
