Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as the primary point of contact for European clients, providing support via email, phone, and chat.
  • Facilitate seamless communication between internal stakeholders in Korea and clients in Europe.
  • Resolve client inquiries, complaints, and service issues with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions within our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with international teams to improve service delivery processes and client experience.
  • Prepare professional reports and documentation in both Korean and English as required.
  • Identify recurring issues and suggest proactive solutions to optimize service quality.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Professional fluency in both Korean (Native/TOPIK 5+) and English (Professional Working Proficiency).
  • Previous experience in a customer service, account management, or administrative role is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of cross-cultural communication protocols.
  • Excellent computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multicultural team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on client retention and satisfaction.
