In this role, you will be instrumental in managing our recruitment processes, handling HR administrative tasks, and providing essential translation services between English and Indonesian. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Handle HR administrative tasks and documentation
- Provide translation services between English and Indonesian as needed
- Assist with employee relations and workplace culture initiatives
- Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Support in training and development programs
- Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in HR roles, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Fluency in both English and Indonesian (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
