Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer support to Korean-speaking clients via email, chat, and phone.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order tracking, and detailed shipping information.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Process and update customer information accurately within CRM and ticketing systems.
- Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer sleep preferences and needs.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding our product catalog and policies.
Kualifikasi
- Native Korean speaker with excellent proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce or customer support environments.
- Familiarity with CRM software and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
