Are you a driven professional with a passion for real estate and international markets? 360 Stayz is looking for a dynamic Bilingual Property Acquisition & Sales Support Executive to join our expanding team in Kuala Lumpur. As we scale our Australian property portfolio, we need a proactive communicator to bridge the gap between our international operations and property management success.

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in the lifecycle of our short-term rental properties. You will assist in identifying acquisition opportunities, communicating with stakeholders, and providing top-tier sales support. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are fluent in both English and Mandarin, we want to help you build a career at the intersection of prop-tech and hospitality.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and evaluate potential property acquisition targets within the Australian market.
  • Manage end-to-end communication with property owners and stakeholders in both English and Mandarin.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports and property performance summaries for the management team.
  • Support the onboarding process for new rental listings to ensure they meet 360 Stayz quality standards.
  • Coordinate with local agents and partners to streamline the acquisition workflow.
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to the sales department to hit quarterly growth targets.
  • Utilize internal CRM tools to track lead progression and property pipeline health.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in real estate, property management, or high-end sales support.
  • Full professional proficiency in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of the short-term rental market and property investment dynamics.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate and build rapport with diverse clients.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote-hybrid environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.
  • Willingness to adapt to international business hours when required.
