In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our talent acquisition strategy, specifically focusing on Japanese-speaking roles. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing high-quality candidates to coordinating interviews and facilitating onboarding. Your ability to communicate effectively with both international stakeholders and local applicants will be crucial to our success. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Japanese-speaking positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of candidates using various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate technical skills, cultural fit, and language proficiency.
- Coordinate interview schedules and provide a seamless experience for candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the Grundfos culture.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fluent in English and Japanese (JLPT N2 or higher preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a multinational company or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, sourcing strategies, and employer branding.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proficient in using recruitment software and MS Office applications.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy.
