Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain pool tables in optimal playing condition through regular cleaning, leveling, and repairs
- Prepare game areas by setting up tables, organizing cues, and ensuring proper lighting
- Assist customers with equipment needs, including cue maintenance and game rules clarification
- Monitor facility cleanliness and safety, promptly addressing spills or hazards
- Manage inventory of billiard supplies such as chalk, brushes, and tip tools
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate transaction records
- Coordinate with management on equipment malfunctions and maintenance schedules
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in facility maintenance preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or recreational facility operations
- Basic knowledge of pool table mechanics and repair techniques
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 15kg equipment
- Attention to detail in maintaining equipment cleanliness and functionality
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid government-issued ID and NCR residency preferred
