Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and execute outdoor adventure programs including hiking, camping, and water-based activities
- Deliver hands-on survival skills training (shelter-building, navigation, foraging)
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols during all land and sea operations
- Mentor participants through challenge-based learning experiences
- Conduct risk assessments and manage emergency situations
- Maintain and inspect all adventure equipment and gear
- Collaborate with team to develop new adventure curricula
- Document participant progress and program outcomes
Kualifikasi
- Certification in Outdoor First Aid and CPR required
- Minimum 2 years experience leading youth/adventure groups
- Strong proficiency in land and sea survival techniques
- Valid certification in water safety or lifeguarding preferred
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Physical ability to work in challenging outdoor environments
- Experience developing adventure education programs
- Knowledge of Singaporean coastal and wilderness ecosystems
