We Group WMO is seeking passionate Swimming Instructors to join our dynamic team across Cebu City, Talisay City, Mandaue City, and Lapu-Lapu City. As a key member of our aquatic education program, you'll transform lives by teaching essential swimming skills to diverse age groups while fostering water safety and confidence. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct swimming lessons for beginners to advanced students across age groups
- Implement water safety protocols and emergency response procedures
- Develop personalized lesson plans focusing on stroke technique and water confidence
- Track student progress and maintain detailed attendance/assessment records
- Ensure facility cleanliness and equipment maintenance in aquatic areas
- Collaborate with parents/guardians to communicate student development
- Participate in staff training and certification programs
Kualifikasi
- Current Swimming Instructor certification from recognized institution
- Minimum 1 year experience teaching group/private swimming lessons
- Valid CPR and First Aid certifications
- Strong swimming proficiency in multiple strokes
- Excellent communication skills with diverse age groups
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Positive attitude and patience with beginner swimmers
- Basic knowledge of pool maintenance and water chemistry
