Whether you specialize in teaching children or adults, we have a place for you where you can share your expertise and foster a love for water safety. We offer a competitive hourly rate of ₱250 – ₱350, ensuring that your hard work is fairly compensated. You will play a crucial role in helping our students develop essential life skills, build confidence, and stay fit. Tanggung Jawab
- Teach fundamental and advanced swimming techniques to students of various skill levels.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all students during training sessions by strictly adhering to safety protocols.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their technique and stamina.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized swimming pool area before and after classes.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's performance, progress, and any behavioral or safety concerns.
- Develop engaging and personalized lesson plans tailored to the specific needs and learning pace of individual students.
- Encourage a positive and inclusive learning environment that motivates students to overcome challenges.
Kualifikasi
- Male or Female, 18 years old and above.
- Must possess a valid Swimming Instructor certificate or professional certification.
- Good physical health, stamina, and swimming ability suitable for teaching.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students and parents.
- Prior experience in teaching swimming is highly preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as per business needs.
- A valid government ID and a clear criminal record check.
