Tanggung Jawab

  • Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner, ensuring alignment with shipping contracts and service agreements.
  • Verify billing data against operational reports to ensure complete revenue capture and identify any discrepancies.
  • Coordinate effectively with the operations team to validate freight charges, documentation, and extra service fees.
  • Maintain comprehensive billing records and filing systems in compliance with internal financial policies.
  • Resolve billing-related queries and disputes from clients professionally to maintain strong business relationships.
  • Support the finance department in monthly closing activities and accounts receivable tracking.
  • Identify and implement improvements to the billing workflow to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a similar administrative role.
  • Prior experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and familiarity with accounting software.
  • Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and numeric accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malay.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
