We are looking for a dedicated Billing Analyst to join the finance team at Sinar Mas Agribusiness and Food. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the bridge between our commercial operations and financial reporting, ensuring that our billing processes are accurate, efficient, and aligned with business objectives. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and pricing evaluation strategies.
- Monitor commercial performance metrics and prepare comprehensive monthly reports.
- Reconcile billing accounts and resolve any discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Operations, to ensure smooth billing cycles.
- Assist in the development and implementation of billing policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and relevant accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP).
- Analyze variances in billing data and recommend process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in billing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and billing regulations.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
