Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify vendor invoices for accuracy, compliance, and authorization.
- Perform monthly reconciliations of Accounts Payable sub-ledgers and general ledger accounts.
- Communicate with vendors and internal departments to resolve billing discrepancies and payment inquiries.
- Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing necessary schedules and reports.
- Assist in internal and external audits by providing requested documentation and explanations.
- Manage and maintain the AP filing system, ensuring all documentation is organized and accessible.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP) to input data and generate reports efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or Billing analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and ERP software (SAP experience is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for vendor interactions.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
