Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze billing records to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies
- Prepare and process invoices for diverse client portfolios
- Resolve billing discrepancies through systematic investigation and documentation
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve client inquiries
- Support month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Identify process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Maintain detailed records of billing activities and adjustments
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of billing or accounts receivable experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical detail
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Malaysian GAAP and tax regulations
