Tanggung Jawab
- Review and process invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies through data analysis and stakeholder collaboration
- Prepare and distribute billing reports for management review
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Implement process improvements to enhance billing efficiency
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams on billing-related matters
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or similar role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work night shift and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of billing regulations and compliance standards
