SupportNinja is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst (SaaS, US Billing Subscriptions) to join our growing finance team. In this pivotal role, you will ensure that US-based clients are billed correctly and efficiently, maintaining the integrity of our revenue streams. You will manage subscription billing processes, reconcile accounts, and support the month-end close procedures. This position offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic SaaS environment, handling complex subscription models and ensuring precise financial reporting.
As a Billing Analyst, you will act as the bridge between our accounting department and our clients. Your expertise will help streamline our billing operations, reduce errors, and improve cash flow. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and verify monthly invoices for SaaS subscriptions and US-based clients with high accuracy.
- Manage subscription data, ensuring proper billing cycles, proration, and contract renewals are handled correctly.
- Reconcile accounts receivable and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes promptly.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes by preparing billing reports and adjusting entries.
- Communicate billing inquiries and statements to clients professionally and effectively.
- Maintain and update billing templates and spreadsheets to improve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with the customer success and sales teams to address billing-related questions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, accounting, or finance, preferably within a SaaS or subscription-based company.
- Strong understanding of US billing cycles and subscription management software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP) and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
