In this key role, you will provide critical support to the Billing & Collection Analyst in their daily operations, ensuring our revenue cycle is efficient and our financial records are accurate. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and process customer invoices to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Follow up on overdue accounts through calls, emails, or letters.
- Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly collection reports.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Assist in the month-end close procedures for accounts receivable.
- Communicate with clients regarding payment status and contract terms.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of billing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (pivot tables, vlookup) and accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks).
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
