Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in a timely manner
- Monitor accounts receivable and initiate follow-up on overdue payments
- Resolve billing discrepancies through proactive client communication
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and payment histories
- Assist in month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure payment compliance
- Process credit applications and update customer payment terms
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in billing, collections, or accounts receivable
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) and MS Excel
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of Philippine accounting standards and tax regulations
